Ingredients
- ¼ Medium Head Red Cabbage
- ¼ Medium Head Green Cabbage
- 1 Cup Beet
- 2 Tablespoons Raisins
- 2 Tablespoon Walnuts
- ½ Cup Apple (Chopped)
Instructions
- Peel and chop Beet (option to steam til tender)
- Slice cabbage thinly and rough chop into small pieces
- Dice apples into small pieces
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well
- Drizzle Dressing (i.e. Balsamic Dressing), mix and enjoy
